Gin and Jews

Well happy fucking new year! I already have a sneaking suspicion that this year is gonna be the best year ever, god knows it couldn’t be any worse than last year. The good news is that I rang in the new year as hard as a motherfucker, bad news is that it took a whole day of playing Medal of Honor 3 with all my bro’s on an Xbox360 to recover. Did anyone out there know that the bars here in Israel don’t close until… well ever!?!?!? Well I started off nice and easy with a few beers but then ended up staggering home at 6am.. yeah, 6 in the fucking morning. When you walk out of a bar and the sun is rising this is not a good sign. Regardless, it was just good to remind my body who’s boss and put it back in the goat locker for old times sake.

So aside from a 3 day hangover stuff is going as good as can be expected. I’ve been over here a month and I’ve reached that 1-month-in cranky phase. Yeah, thats where you just start to get all crabby about everything going on while deployed. Haha.. its the best (well not really, but whatever). Keep on rockin’
